    Two Moms, and three very supportive Dads sit near the entrance to Ouros. Tony is the head chef of Ouros, and we could not have done it without his help. Right now they offer late night foods, but have big plans for the future!

    In the front, you can see a spread of Bagels from the Perch, Charcuterie from Wild Elder Wine and Cider, a deli spread from Cindy’s Deli, Tommy’s Rolls, fruit from the Jim Thorpe Market, Skinny Pop Popcorn manufactured in Bethlehem, and deserts by Connie Hoffman.

    Mom giving another mom a massage! Does it get any better than that? Jill Williams, LMT in PA and NJ, has been practicing massage for over 20 years and has called Jim Thorpe home for much of it.
