Philosophy
Breeze Bodywork was born of a love of practical treatments for pain.
When we think of massage, most of us think of making an appointment, going into a spa, prepping for the table, likely listening to soft relaxing music, and following a ceremony of intake, prep, massage, closing, and leaving. While there is a space for that ceremony, I wanted to shorten that ceremony and make massage more accessible.
So many times I’ve heard “I just need to take the time.” With on-site massages, the massage is in a convenient location. With short massages on areas that feel the most stress, a person can feel rejuvenated without the preparation of time commitment of a traditional massage.
I wanted to create an atmosphere that was less intimidating and show that massage can be effective, even if you’re not designating your day to it.
I’ve done massages at universities and also at some charity events. The client is on the table or massage chair, and there’s always a buzz and great feeling in the air. The reason I enjoy it so much is simple: Good times are improved by good company. So, I decided to expand that feeling. Why not bring joy and good feelings into your event or workplace?
